I’m in need of some help for my VIP customers.

Not sure if this is still a need. You might try looking at creating an automatic product discount that only applies to customers with a VIP tag on their customer account. This allows you to set the exact customers it applies to. It would apply automatically when selling to those customers. It could be used online if someone with the tag bought something using their customer account online, but that would be the only customer group with access. Probably very small exposure. I’ve been working a lot with their discount structure lately, and have found a few ways to do things that are helpful to my company, but it has required some re-thinking about how it works. Or you can purchase a third party-app. Which is huge pain considering how much we pay for the service.
