Hey, @michellereissig ! Your situation is fairly unique but there are certainly workarounds available. You could use an app such as Wholesale & Custom Pricing . It has a free option and it allows you to hide pricing, including shipping for certain customers.

Been asking about this for over a year. I have bulk item products I sell that I want to offer free shipping on those items only. Have yet to find a way to do it. Very odd that such an obvious marketing tool is missing.
