I am wanting to open a new shop for trade customers. At the moment, we have a website that has a shop store and trade store on it. I am separating the two. I have created our online store for the public. But I need to set up a trade store.
At the moment, people sign up for a trade account, we check it at our end and then we approve their account then away they go. They have to log in to access the website though. But I will need it so we can approve their account so not everyone has access to the trade shop.
Please can someone help me. I understand the settings where you can log in etc, but I need to approve their accounts before they access the shop.
