How can I arrange product images to scroll vertically on my page?

Hi, this is my 4th time asking this and it has been done before:
With this particular case:

How do I get pictures on the product page to list bellow each other? A user would scroll through them, they would stay on the left side of the screen and the description on the right.

This can be added with the Custom code. for this you need to hire A developer.
