How can I arrange video and text side by side on Emerge theme?

I’m using the Emerge theme. My website (https://b7ff16-2.myshopify.com/)

I want to have a section similar to this. Smaller video on the side while text on the other.

Anyone know how to make it?

I copied this section from others. However, the button doesn’t work on desktop, and it looks terrible on mobile. Although I clicked video top on mobile, it didn’t work.
