How do I assign all my product to the new website feature design so that I can save individual information in the collapsible section under product information (i.e. the size, ingredients, disclaimer sections)? Currently whenever I make changes it changes them all? Can I do this before making the theme live? I would like to have the website completely updated before making it live and seen to the public.

Updating the information on the Product Template will result in updating this on every product as it is a common section.
What you would need to do is use the Shopify Metafields to create the custom sections on each product page, then dynamically fetch that info on the product template. That documentation should help: Metafields ยท Shopify Help Center
Okay thank you, I will start working on adding those metafields to each product, I do have another question do you have an article link on how I would fetch the information to add it to each page?
