How can i have the URL for my products automatically set to product name?
Hi,
Your product url is already based on product title like /products/product-handle
Here product-handle is generated based on your product title, although you can change your product url from seo settings in the backend of the product

How can I edit “product” and “collection” in the link?

You can edit the product and collection from shopify backend after logging into the store, and on bottom of product and collection page in backend, there is a SEO section, from that you can edit handle, seo title and description etc..

This is the correct answer. Be sure to update any links that were pointing to the former URL. Setting up redirects is helpful to handle that
