Hello all, currently, I had email request for feedback from customers, this works fine but my problem is sometimes my customers buy 3 products but they only leave 1 feedback for the first one, they seemed to forget the other 2 products. I want to send a reminder email but it will take times to do it manually, how to send automate email reminder requests?
Any suggestions would appreciate

Yes, the process will take so much time if you do it manually. The best way is have a third-party app to do this for you.

The email will be sent one time for all products your customers bought. You can arrange and rearrange the order of the products displayed on the website.
