I’m struggling with getting reviews for my products, customers seems to “forget” to leave reviews and sending them review request email manually truly sucks. Is there any way I can send an automate email asking my customers to leave a feedback?
If you are using Klaviyo for emails, then you can create an automated flow & all emails with reminders will be sent out automatically.
If you dont have any email apps, then you can use Shopify Email & Shopify Flow apps. Set up Shopify Flow for a same kind of automation: say, 10 days after order was fulfilled and then follow up email in a couple of days if customer did not open or didnt click in the email.
