Hello, I have created an online store in two languages. using English and Georgian languages. I have done all the translations of all the pages and it works perfectly. But I ran into one problem. No matter what language the user is in, or no matter what region the email is from, it will be delivered in English. Is there any way to send emails in Georgian to users from Georgia?
Topic summary
A store owner successfully set up a bilingual online store in English and Georgian, with all pages properly translated. However, they encountered an issue with automated emails—regardless of the user’s language preference or region, all emails were being sent in English only.
Another user asked whether the email templates themselves (such as order confirmation emails) had been translated, sharing a screenshot for reference.
The original poster confirmed they had already translated the email content and found a solution to the problem.
A staff member noted that Shopify does not provide out-of-the-box translations for Georgian, meaning all Georgian translations must be done manually. They expressed interest in learning what solution the store owner implemented.
Yes I did it already. And I found solution.
