Hi all!
Because we are using a Custom order fulfillment service, I am trying to automate the packing slips to be sent to the 3rd party fulfillment service. I am currently looking throught Shopify Flow and after searching on all of the forums and website, I did not find any solution to my problem!
I tried the action “send internal email” but there is no option anywhere for the packing slip.
If anyone knows anything that can help me, I would appreciate that a lot!! Thanks!

Greetings. That’s a great question!
Unfortunately, there is no way to send the exact packing slip via Shopify Flow. That being said, I will absolutely provide this to our developers on your behalf as a feature request.
Instead of sending the packing slip, you can automate the fulfillment request via Shopify Flow which sends an email to your fulfillment center that is very similar to a packing slip. The email would include the products ordered, as well as the customer’s address.
To set this up, you would first need to enable Custom Fulfillment. Once you complete this you will set up the flow. The flow request is extremely basic, simply create a flow where when an order is created the action is to send a fulfillment request to your supplier.
Additionally, most suppliers tend to use a fulfillment app for their Shopify merchants. Is there a possibility your suppliers have Shopify integration?
Lastly, you can speak with your supplier and request they print a specific packing slip with each other in which you will provide the template for.

@Medfuture_Alex another option is to use a public app such as https://apps.shopify.com/exportible to send a file to the 3PL
