Hello, I’d have a few questions I’m not sure about.
We are selling some digital goods, and I’m trying to do an automation, to send a reminder email a few days after a purchase is fulfilled, so they actually download the thing we send them, before it’s no longer available. My workflow looks like this.
Would this even work as I think it would? This should be sending an email to the person whose order was fulfilled, right? Or would this send to everyone after any order is fulfilled?
I also noticed that only the customers subscribed can be the receivers. Is there any way to send these emails to everyone, not just subscribers?
My last problem is that I tried to put personalizations in the email in the automation, but when I sent a Test Email to myself it only showed up as { first name }. Would this actually show up as intended when the customer gets it, or does it just not work through automation emails?
