How can I automate SMS notifications for pending orders?

The situation is that we ship our orders locally every wednesday from 18h-21h, and we would like to send out a confirmation message the day before (via SMS or Whatsapp) to the unfulfilled orders.

The message would be as follows:

Hi, thanks for your order, it will be arriving tomorrow between 18h-21h. Please that somebody will be at home to pick it up by saying “Yes”.

How can we do this?

You can subscribe to any messaging or WhatsApp service app which get it implement.

You can also use a dedicated shipping app (like Starshipit), which lets you customise the SMS and email notifications for each stage of the delivery process. In this way, you could add your message to the SMS when an order is Printed, Manifested, Picked up etc. Happy to chat more and good luck!
