We are an online business based out of Singapore that ships globally as well. For our singapore based customer orders we get all goods delivered to our office and then gets shipped to the customer.
In Singapore there is a 7% duty for order value of SGD 400…
The challenge we are having is that we cant automatically charge the 7% tax when cart value is above SGD 400…as there isn’t any condition back end that supports this. If we activate this it applies to even items below SGD 400…
Has anyone encountered this and suggestions on how to resolve. I asked Shopify customer support and they cant help and suggested I ask the community…
