For COD orders I am using Advance COD app and I have integrated my store with Quickbooks.
COD Orders are getting synced to Quicbooks but aren’t deposited into clearing account.
Response from quickbooks-
They said it is a malfunction of shopify as they don’t provide full details. ( but I am using Zoho books where the same thing has already been implemented). According to them it should be mark as paid then only they can deposit the same into clearing account.
Response from Shopify-
There is no solution to this and I have to manually record all the payments and marl order as paid in shopify.
But I get 300 order+ in a day so manually recording each payment is not possible.
Is there any solution to this?
