How can I automatically redirect customers to the correct regional online store?

Hey,

We have a single Shopify store at the moment and are working in one primary market, we are now expanding to an another Market which is the UAE and we wanted to make a new Shopify store so the prices can be changed.

Our main concern is that we have an established social media profile on Instagram and Facebook as Instagram only allows one URL in the bio how can we link the two stores?

E.g If a customer is from the Local Market they a redirected to the first store and if a customer is from the other region which in this case is the UAE gets redirected to the UAE store automatically?

Any fix will be appreciated

Thanks

Hi @anasnav

Are you shipping from the same warehouse to both location? Do they share the same inventory and all you need is to have different prices while keeping the same website?

If your answer is yes to all of the above, then you can use Shopify Markets to get what you need done: Get everything you need to sell worldwide | Shopify Markets

You will not need to create another Shopify store, it will be just one. Let me know if you need additional help!

Hey @JHKCreate ,

We are using different warehouses for each locations the inventory is same though, I have researched on Shopify Markets it does not allows us to change prices and it only converts in the local currency.

Im mainly looking for a something which can connect the two stores with a single URL.

Hi @anasnav

Shopify Markets does allow you to adjust prices per product only if you are on the Shopify Advanced Plan. Moving to this will unlock the feature and you will then be able to keep one inventory, one website, one backend and multiple prices.

Apps will tend to create multiple variants of the same variant to create multiple prices, quite a mess to track.

This is what Markets offers:

"

When you sell to markets, your customers can view prices in your store, pay for their orders at checkout, and receive refunds in their local currency. By default, prices are converted automatically using the current market exchange rate, but you can set exchange rates manually.

You can customize your local pricing for each market by rounding prices. If your store is on the Advanced Shopify plan or higher, then you can also control the prices in different markets using price percentage adjustments, and by setting the product prices by country or region.

If you sell in local currencies, then you need to have a country selector so that customers can select their local country or region and your store displays their local currency."
