We are segmenting our customers and working on doing the automatically we have been using Mechanic to do a lot of it but are looking to do the below and are stuck any info or help would be amazing
So in Mechanic there exists ‘Tag customers when their last order is before/after x days ago’ which is fantastic and just what we are after, but need a conditional variant of 'Customer who is currently tagged ‘X’ and had not ordered for ‘X’ amount of days, to be tagged ‘X’.
We need This
Customer who is tagged (Weekly) has not ordered in (14) days – tag customer (lapsed)
- Brackets are variable so we can do twice a month, monthly customers…
We also need that for other things which we can do the other way round –
- Customer is tagged (lapsed) and places an order is automatically replaced with tag (returning customer)
Also we need
- Customer is tagged (returning customer) and places order within (14) days – tag is replaced with (active)
