I have a problem. There is add to cart attack bot to my website. It works like this: How many products are available, so many products are added to the cart. There is no checkout, only add to cart.
it happens thousands of times a day.
I detected with Cart Insights app and Live View on Shopify. In the live view, 200 cart additions appear at once.
I need your help, how can i block this bots? ,
I dont use Shopify plus.

Posibel to setup a HoneyPot with code on the site for the bots or… if they are accessing and opening carts through the /cart link on your site you could try to remove your cart page all together and use a slideout cart app instead which doesn’t have it’s own link instead the checkout and cart pages are combined in way
