How can I block certain email addresses or physical locations from placing orders?

Hi, I seem to have someone placing orders and abandoning carts. The orders are coming from a series of emails with very similar non generic names (but a specific email provider). While I don’t believe it’s a bot, I do think it’s coming from someone that has nothing better to do.

Is there any way to block these accounts from being created or is there a way to block a physical address (or somehow keep the order from being placed)?

Yes, it’s only an annoyance, but I’d like to nip it in the bud.

Thanks! 1 and 2 have always been implemented. I’ll look into 3rd party apps. For your 4th point, how do you block?
