How can I block referral traffic from spy sites?

In the Analytics section, Shopify lists the sitest that send traffic to the store.

How can I block traffic coming from specific spy sites?

From what I understand, each visitor has a different IP address, so blocking by IP isn’t good for me in this case.

Since Shopify has this list, can it be tapped into in order to block this traffic?
