A major contributor to this may be the use of apps as they insert scripts into your theme that may slow down your loading times, so it is a great idea to review the apps that you absolutely need. Another suggestion is to convert your images to formats like WebP and AVIF, instead of PNG or JPEG as they often provide better compression. Along with optimizing your images, it is important to properly size them, so that they can save cellular data and improve load time.
I also noticed that you have a section here in which these logos are animated:
Although they provide a great aesthetic, this will likely slow down your loading times as an animation is required. In this case, it may be a good idea to remove the spinning animation.
