I NEED HELP ON TRYING TO GET SALES!!!
Hi @Duran23Qw
All-in-one marketing platform Growave is here. Make sure you apply eCommerce marketing tools for your store! Check Shopify App Store and use apps with free trials to check what works for your store. Here are some suggestions that you can work on. I hope it would help.
- Links
Make sure all the links are functioning properly. For instance, links from Home Page are not working.
- Increase traffic
SEO your site and promote it through related groups. Keywords and ads will help promote your website to the top of research. Try adding SEO-related high search keywords in your title and product description so that it will be very easy to market your products and display them at the top in google search.
- Add Loyalty and Rewards program
The Loyalty and Rewards program system inspires customers to connect more genuinely with your brand. It helps to strengthen direct communication between you and your audience. Also, it positively impacts repeat purchases and turns your customers into loyal clients. Within the L&R program you can include: Collecting Points and Referral programs
- Collecting Points
Motivate customers to spend more and act by using the points program. Increase engagement with your community by rewarding customers with convertible points on your Shopify store with activities like rewarding for leaving reviews, social following, social sharing, or for every dollar they spend. Collected points can be spent on the most affordable options for them. Let your loyal shoppers redeem their points rewards like gift cards, discounts, free shipping, or free product.
- Referral programs
I recommend using a Referral program in order to give your customers an opportunity of sharing your products with friends and getting rewarded for that. Encourage your customers to help grow your brand community using the referral program. The only program that lets you refer a friend, reward both parties, and increase traffic to your Shopify store.
- Paid add
Paid form ad is an effective way to expose your company’s name to a large audience. Paid targeting can be very specific and allows you to reach relevant visitors.
- Social Media
Work on your social media accounts. Link your profile on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram to your store for customer trust. You can communicate directly with your potential customers and inform them regarding new products, discounts, and offers.
- Login through SM.
Social Login simplifies the login process and enables one-click signup. You can let customers log in using their Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Yahoo, Tumblr, Instagram, or Amazon accounts. Gathered data through social login can be studied for customer retention and client analysis.
I hope it will help you. Also, you can test Growave for free during trial period to check whether it works for you. Efficient features such as Reviews, Wishlist, Rewards & Loyalty, Social Login, a shoppable Instagram gallery on Shopify store, Gift Cards, etc under one dashboard.

Hey @Duran23Qw .
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate that you have included your online store URL as that is very helpful! Looking into the URL that you have provided, I noticed that you are using the announcement bar to help inform your customers about free worldwide shipping - which is great. What do you think about creating a discount code and adding it directly to the announcement bar to help entice your customers to make a purchase. It can definitely motivate potential customers to make a purchase.
When taking a look at your store today I also noticed that you do not currently have a favicon set for your website. A favicon is a small square image that represents a website in web browser tabs. If you take a look at the top tab bar of your browser right now, I’m sure you’ll see several favicons! Typically, favicons feature a logo, the first letter of the company name or simply an image that reflects the specifics of the website it represents. Adding a favicon to your online store can help strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. You can click on this link to read instructions on how to create and add your own favicon your store. This can help your customers feel more safe and secure about their purchase having your online store completed and personalized.
Keep in mind that these images are displayed quite small, so it’s good to keep in mind that the image you use should be readable at small sizes.
Let us know if you have any questions.
One thing that’s worked well for me is focusing on capturing visitors before they leave. A lot of people browse and drop off without buying, so having well-timed popups or offers can really help. I’ve used Poptin for this. It lets you set up exit-intent popups, discounts, or even email capture forms pretty quickly, and that way you can follow up with people or give them a reason to stay.
Beyond that, tightening up your product pages and making checkout as smooth as possible also go a long way in boosting conversions.
