We generally avoid recommending specific apps, techniques, etc. The idea of a ‘silver bullet’ tool that you just need to discover to be successful would be fantastic but in our experience the best thing is a well rounded marketing strategy that looks at all levels of your sales funnel. We typically recommend looking for problem areas. Consider how much traffic you’re getting. If it’s not enough, you need to focus on improving your sales channels through things like increased ad spend, ads optimization, increased social media posting, and traditional advertising. If your traffic is good but your conversion rate is low, consider ways to optimize your website like stronger calls to action, more social proof, and product stories for individual product pages. As you mentioned, the pet care market is very competitive. If I was to recommend anything specific for your space, I would suggest leveraging relationships as much as possible to build a core audience. If you’re at a large enough scale, things like influencer marketing could be really impactful.
