How can I build a website for creating custom stickers?

Hi, Im trying to built a site to create custom stikers. By custom I mean:

1 Select from a number of given background colors/styles.

2 Select from a number of given fonts/styles.

3 Select from a number of given images. Or load up your own image.

4 Edit text #1.

5 Edit text #2

6 Selec from option text.

All of this with a real time preview on screeen.

Here is an example, but nevermind about the star constelations positioning (teh hard part) My thing does not require such thing.
