Is there a way to bulk edit tags for a large number of customers from an excel file? Ie, if I want to tag 100 customers with the tag “clean beauty store”, and the customers and tags are in an excel file? I would love to avoid having to individually tag every customer. Thank you!
No need for excel. Do this directly in Shopify! First filter for the customers which you would like to make bulk changes to. Next click the check box in the top left. Then click “select all 50+ customers in your store” (if there are more than 50. This only selects filtered customers). Finally under “more actions” you’ll find options to bulk add and remove tags.

I wish it was that easy. I have no way to filter for the companies that I
want to add the tags to. There are about 2000 customers I am trying to
categorize by store type (wholesalers), and I have them all tagged in an
excel sheet so I’d love to know if people have tips for importing the tags
with a bulk customer edit. Not all have phone numbers or email. Any
thoughts?
