How can I bulk email customers about late pre-orders?

for me some pre-orders arrive too late. Therefore, I would like to send an email to all customers who have purchased these products.

How can I send an email to multiple customers without processing each customer individually.

@Freshminze I would use an email marketing software (I like Klaviyo the best for Shopify because of the automations available - https://speedboostr.com/automated-email-marketing-with-klaviyo/)).

Whichever software you use, here’s the process:

  1. Identify all customers that bought that product. For example if you have them tagged in Shopify, then simply export that list (if you want to tag customers based on what they ordered, the app Order Automator can do this for all past orders / customers). If you don’t want to deal with tags, then a smart email software like Klaviyo it can also identify that data.

  2. Now that you have your customer list, import them into your email marketing software.

  3. Create a broadcast / 1 time email to send to all those customers. They’ll all receive the same message, and you don’t have to email each one individually.
