How can I create a dynamic placeholder in the product description that allows me to bulk import different product titles from a CSV file, rather than having the placeholder remain static like ‘{{product_title}}’ after importing?

We cannot add liquid code inside the product description but you can add the text like [product_title] or [product.title] and if you are a theme developer then you can easily replace it with product title. if not having idea then it will need a theme developer involvement.
