I have an order where the customer purchased 3 of the same items and would like for each to be sent in 3 separate boxes. Is this possible to split them and purchase 3 separate labels? If so, how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you can do that. just select your order, click the fulfill item button.
Adjust item to one per fulfill action. Repeat the action three times. Then I think you can print 3 shipping labels.
