We do our own delivery in the same city in Pakistan, but we want our delivery to be calculated by distance because we operate in a big city and want our delivery charges to be calculated by distance rather than just a flat rate for the whole city. Is there any solution for this?

Set shipping charge distance wise using shopify settings, please follow below steps,

open your shopify admin > settings > shipping and delivery > Local delivery

select address and open it
-
there is an option to add Delivery price pincode wise or km wise
- you can add multiple delivery zone
