Is your subscription a fixed monthly recurring charge Or an application charge?
Shopify allows each app only one recurring app charge to be enabled at a time. So if your subscription is based on a fixed monthly recurring or application charge then the existing recurring application charge will be canceled and replaced by the new charge.
