How can I cancel an unconfirmed order from a potentially fake online store?

Hi victor,

I am from philippines Asia. I recently ordered an item and paid from denzamart.com and they never send an email confirmation of the order. And now since 5 days have passed, the store DENZAMART.COM is unresponsive in chat at email.

I would like to cancel my order because i found out that there webesite is very new (december 21, 2021) but the review on there Item is 5 to 6 months old comment. I think they are a fake store and they just put fake review on gtx 1060 5g

I tried to cancel the order but theres no email confirmation, only a text message from shopify on my phone number.

I just hope that this store is real

I CANNOT do anything from my bank ends because it has already been debited to my account.

If ever they will not comply or update my order in this week, as its should be , Please review the store so they will be posted as Bad guys on shopify. And i will vote for them to be removed. Hope they will send a real item.
