I purchased the Debutify theme, a year subscription, instead of monthly. Unfortunately my Shopify store didn’t work out and I closed it after 3 months. I asked Debutify how to cancel my subscription and they won’t tell me. They also won’t refund the balance of my year payment even though I won’t be using their theme. They don’t appear to be very reputable. I’ve asked several times how to cancel and they refuse to tell me. There is nothing on their website about how to cancel a subscription either. So they will just keep charging your credit card even though you are not using their service. I now have to call my credit card company and see what can be done. Wanted to warn others.
That’s a bit off-topic here, but did you check their instructions how to cancel the subscription?

Edit: Sorry, I’ve just read now in their Terms of Use that the Subscription Fees are non-refundable.
