It sounds like you would like to cancel your plan but are unable to log in. If you do not remember your email then you can recover it by following our Account Recovery tool here. Once you find your account, you will need to reset your password by following the steps below:

  1. From the Shopify login page, enter your store address and click Next.
  2. Enter your login email and click Next.
  3. Click Forgot password?
  4. Enter the email that you used to create your Shopify account.
  5. Click Reset password.
