I want to cancel the subscription because I use shopify for testing and now i need to pay and i paid 3 months and now i don’t want to use anymore.

Thank you for your post, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your store. You can close your store by following the steps listed in this help document. Typically, Shopify does not offer refunds as per our Terms of Service, however if you contact us through the Help Center, we can review your request. These requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and I can’t guarantee you will be provided a refund, but it’s definitely worth getting in touch!
