i first bought the free trial and paid for 3 months like 1 dollar every month, then i wanted to end because i dont have the time to do this anymore, when i try to log in to my ‘shop’ it doesn’t even work, it says ‘inactive’ i really want my money back, cause i have tried for 2 months now to end it

I am sorry to hear that you want to close your store after trying Shopify for a few months on the $1 per month deal. However, I do understand that sometimes it is important to make decisions like this, as perhaps it isn’t the right time for you due to your time constraints. That is one of the great benefits of that $1 per month deal, as it allows you to try out Shopify for an extended amount of time at a low cost.
You mentioned that when you try to log in it says ‘inactive’. That is certainly interesting! Can you check to see if you have received any emails from our team in regards to your store? Sometimes if there are issues with your account, we may reach out to you via email with more info. Checking your spam/junk folders would be a good idea too.
If you are unable to locate an email from us with regards to this store issue, and you still can’t get access to your store to close it, then it would be best to reach out to our support team as soon as possible via our help center. We can authenticate you on the store and take a closer look at what might be happening.
