I want to cancel my subscription but it says my password is incorrect. However from there I decided to go to forgot password and change my password. Even once I changed my password and entered it it says
“You’ve reached the maximum number of password attempts. Please try again later.” If possible could some staff deactivate all my Shopify stores and delete my account and billing. Thank You

For security reasons, Shopify Support can’t deactivate your store for you, you need to deactivate the store yourself. Therefore, you’ll need to wait until you can deactivate it.

Shopify cannot do this from their end. You can raise a support ticket for them to help you with alternatives.
