I signed up for a free trial and didn’t touch it after, month or so later shopify is trying to charge me a years worth subscription fee, I read that after failed attempts to charge you it leaves it as a dead account but today marks the 9th time shopify has tried to take the money out of my account, im constantly playing cat and mouse transferring money in and out of accounts to avoid paying this fee i didn’t sign up for, How can i solve this problem, thanks
