I am not able to reach my account, it says that it’s not available but I still pay for my subscription. Mind you, I blocked the transfer of PayPal. But then you tell me your going to debt me? I only want go cancel my subscription and delete. With all due respect please help me.

When you say you’re unable to reach your account, do you mean that an error comes up for you saying the same when you try to login?
