Okay so i haven’t used shopify for about 5 months and i forgot to cancel my subscription, luckily it is connected to my secondary bank account but today when i tried to deactivate my store i couldn’t because i hadn’t payed for this month. Is there a way for me to cancel my subscription.

If you have not paid for the ongoing subscription and now do not have access to your admin, then your store is in what we called a frozen state. This is essentially the same as being closed, your storefront is no longer accessible and you will be able to have access restored until payment is made.
So you have two options here: You can leave your store as-is in a frozen state, or you can pay to re-access the store admin and from there fully close your account. If you wish to do this second option, the way to go about fully closing your account can be found right here.
