How can I cancel my unwanted Shopify plan and stop email spam?

Hey everyone, it was 3 months ago when I registered my account on the Shopify plan for 1$

Now my inbox is overwhelmed with messages which lead me to renew my payment, but I won’t do it, I just want to cancel everything. Can someone help me there’s a picture.

The point is that I don’t want to pay this plan that I didn’t ordered but they forcing me to accept it…

I just want to deactivate my account and delete it to stop getting spammed by Shopify about billings which I never choose…

Thanks man but I don’t believe that I must pay for something that I didn’t order, how to contact support to delete my account?

By not paying for a plan going forward, you’re store essentially is already “closed”. You do not need to take any further action, and you will not be charged anything without your express permission to do so. If you do decide at any point to re-open this store, you can do so by simply selecting a paid plan for it. I trust this helps to clarify things!
