How Can I Center A Collection List Heading With Shopify's "Refresh" Theme ?

Hello, Shopify Community ! I Am Currently Working On My Store And Have Stumbled Upon A Problem. Below I Have Attached Images, That Are Related. Trying to keep this short, in the first example, i centered a title of a “featured collection” using a short piece of CSS code, but, as seen in the second example, using a similar code for “Collection List” does not work. Does anyone have a workaround ? Thank You in advance.
