How can I center footer elements on desktop view without affecting mobile layout?

I am using the origin theme and on mobile all the elements in the footer on mobile are centred, but on desktop the everything apart from the payment icons are all the way to the right.

How can I centre all the elements on desktop without changing the layout on mobile?
