How can i get my logo in the middle of the header? aswell as center the menu?

As per your theme’s design structure, centering Logo is not possible without editing the code by entering in the code editor.
you can make the menus in center by setting up below code.
Please go to
- Online store
- Themes → Edit theme
- Layout
- theme.liquid and paste this code before
