How can I center my logo with two menu items on each side?

Hey there, I’m using the Shopify Dawn theme and would love to know if there is a way to centre my logo and have two menu items to the left, and two to the right. All in line. Like this;

I’ve looked at tonnes of threads but can’t find the right code to do it.

I can’t see where to Enter the password,

I can’t figure out how to login to a password protected page either - but I’ve disabled the password now.
