How can I center my text using HTML code in a custom text section?

I’m trying to simply centre some text using the custom HTML text section in my store but am not getting the code right, could you help me if I attach a screenshot? I want to centre the top left word ‘Birdy’, i have managed to resize but cant find out how to center it? I have tried various code but nothing working. I bet this is a really simple one for a dev lol

Or reduce the height of my hero section via code as will only let me go to 450px smallest and I only need to hold the name ‘Birdy’ so can be a lot more shallow (the black area on example above)
