Dawn theme.
I’m having an issue where this text is black on black. The text reads
“The next generation of water for specialty coffee”
How can I make that text appear white instead? I don’t want to change the text color of anything else in the website.

You can try this code by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.
Step 2: Search file base.css
Step 3: Paste the below code at bottom of the file → Save
.rich-text span {
color: white !important;
}

Just one problem, the text just below that above my product also turned white. Can we turn the word Enjoy (currently white and so invisible) back to black?
