How can I change and reposition a page heading?

Hi,

I would like to change the heading of the page, currently ‘Products’ to something else. How do I do this?

I would also like to move the same heading away from the ‘HOME’ and ‘PRODUCTS’ buttons and closer to the ‘SORT BY’ and ‘PRODUCTS’ buttons. How do I do this?
