You can navigate to the cart icon file in your theme and revert to the original one

Step 1: Online Stores > Themes > More Actions > Edit code

Step 2: Search your icon file, it should be icon-cart.liquid or cart-icon.liquid

Step 3: Click on the version history and revert it to original.
