Does anyone know how to edit the button colors for this affiliate page? I have tried the theme settings already and I dont think that is the answer… but could be wrong.

Inside Shopify Admin, you can go to Edit theme code, open file custom.css and add this code at the bottom
#sa-signup-form button {
background-color: #FF0000;
}
