How can I change 'Check out' to 'Checkout' and disable the cart slide?

I have TWO questions please

1. When an item is added to the cart, this window slides out from the right - is it possible to turn it off?
2. Is it possible to change the spelling of “Check out” to the correct “Checkout”?

go to online store > edit theme content

then search Check out

Then replace this with checkout

And save

1. In your Shopify Admin go to online store > themes > Edit default theme content
2. Search for “Check out” in the translation settings.

1. You can change setting from Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Cart > Cart type

2. You can change it from Online store > Themes > Edit default theme content

1. you can disable cart drawer in your cart settings

2. go to Online store>Themes then click the three dots next to Customize and click Edit default theme content, there you will find the Check out and change it as you wish.
